A strong golden ale. A lot of warming alcohol flavours abound along with its sweet palate. Producing this beer requires three different yeast cultures and the result is intense flavours of honey, spice, pears, apricot, golden raisin and subtle citrus alongside rather complex aromas. Pair a dry finish with a solid bitterness from both Saaz and Styrian hops and this nicely-balanced beer is one you’d want to drink again and again.
